Definitely a long run. I value the time to be outside and to be present in the moment. Running allows me to get out of my comfort zone and lets me explore my limits.

With an approach of ‘quality not quantity’. Balance is a hard thing to achieve so I make sure that each day I take time (no matter how small) to work on myself.

You can achieve much more than you think, just keep believing in yourself.
