ASICS AVANTGARDEY SIGNED SHOES GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. This Campaign is organized by ASICS ASIA PTE. LTD. (“ASICS”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) applicable to all the participants (each a “participant” / “you”)
    2. The Campaign is valid from 13 April 2026 till 27 April 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
    3. To participate in the Campaign, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements (“Requirements”): (a) be a registered and valid OneASICS™ Loyalty Program member; (b) successfully redeem points in exchange for slots into the giveaway (Members may redeem ten (10) OneASICS™ points for one (1) entry into the prize draw; and (c) Each member may redeem a maximum of ten (10) entries during the Campaign period.) Redeemed OneASICS™ points are final, non‑refundable and cannot be reinstated once an entry has been submitted.
    4. For the avoidance of doubt, only OneASICS™ members who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who are Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents, or holders of a valid Singapore work pass shall be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
    5. The winners of the Campaign will be determined based on the online random spin draw that will be conducted on 27 April 2026, 11am, Singapore Time on @asics_sportstyle_sg Instagram live (“Prize Draw”). All qualifying redemptions must be successfully recorded under the participant’s registered OneASICS™ account by 26 April 2026. Transactions that are not reflected in the OneASICS™ system due to delayed registration and technical issues will not be included.
    6. One (1) winner who meet all Requirements will be drawn during the Prize Draw will win one (1) pair of ASICS shoes signed by the members of Avantgardey (“Prize” or collectively, “Prizes”). Prize sizes are subject to availability, and winners may be offered the closest available size. No exchanges shall be permitted
    7. ASICS reserves the right to reasonably adjust the date and time for the Prize Draw, In the event of any delay, ASICS shall notify participants of the Prize Draw accordingly. For the avoidance of doubt, any change to the Prize Draw date shall not affect the deadline for all qualifying entries, which shall remain unchanged.
    8. The Prize will be delivered to each winner to the address provided to ASICS’ representative within 7 days from confirmation from the winner on delivery details. Delivery timelines are estimates only and subject to courier availability. ASICS shall not be liable for failed deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the winner
    9. The Prizes are fixed and will not be substituted, varied, or exchanged unless required by operational circumstances beyond ASICS’ control, in which case ASICS may replace any item with another of equal or higher value.
    10. ASICS’s decision regarding the winners is final and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
    11. Winners will be contacted/notified via email by shuning.huang@asics.com. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of ASICS’ notification, the winner will forfeit the Prize. ASICS may, at its discretion, award the Prize to the next eligible participant based on the Campaign mechanics. ASICS is not responsible for missed communications due to spam filtering or incorrect email details.
    12. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable. No cash, credit or other substitution may be made. The Campaign prizes do not include any other incidental expenses e.g. transportation whatsoever.
    13. Any directors, officers, management, employees, other staff and the relatives and household members of those individuals of ASICS, agencies involved in the development of the Campaign, affiliated companies and other persons involved in the development of the Campaign shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
    14. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Campaign will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize awarded. ASICS reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Campaign where ASICS has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached these T&Cs, engaged in fraud, misuse or any conduct that may compromise the fairness, integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign. Any disqualification will be exercised in a reasonable and proportionate manner and ASICS shall not be obliged to award any Prize in the event of such disqualification.

To the extent permitted by law, ASICS (including its group companies, officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person arising in any way out of or in connection with this Campaign.
    17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, by participating in the Campaign, all participants agree to release and hold harmless ASICS, its affiliates, each of ASICS's officers, directors, employees and agents against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Campaign or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, or any other cause(s) beyond ASICS’ reasonable control.
    18. By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge, consent and agree to the following:
      1. you consent to the collection, use and disclosure to relevant third parties of your personal data by ASICS for the purposes of the Campaign,
        1. verification of your OneASICSTM membership status and to communicate with you for the collection of the prize in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation and ASICS’ Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://legal.asics.com/en-aap-sg/legal/privacy-policy.
    19. Personal data that ASICS collects from you include your name , contact information and email address and your delivery details
      1. provide true, accurate, current and complete personal data about yourself to ASICS and
      2. maintain and promptly update the personal data provided to ensure it stays true, accurate, current and complete.
    20. ASICS may disclose your personal data to third parties strictly for the purposes of the Campaign, such as prize fulfilment partners and service providers engaged by ASICS. Where such third parties are located outside Singapore, ASICS will ensure that the transfer is made in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
    21. ASICS may contact you from time to time by email. Any notice sent to the email address provided by you in relation to the Campaign shall be deemed as received by you.
    22. If any information provided by a participant is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if ASICS has reasonable grounds to suspect such, the participant may be disqualified and ineligible to receive the prize.
    23. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data by ASICS at any time. However, depending on the nature of such withdrawal, a withdrawal of consent could result in ASICS disallowing you to participate in the Campaign or to receive the prize.

    25. These T&Cs are in addition to and without prejudice to the terms and conditions for purchase of ASICS products .     26. These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
    27. If the Campaign cannot continue due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, government restrictions, widespread system failures, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ASICS that make continuation impossible, ASICS may cancel, terminate, modify, postpone, or suspend the Campaign, provided that any such action is taken only to the extent strictly necessary in light of the circumstances. Participants are advised to access ASICS’s website from time to time to view the T&Cs and to ensure to be kept up to date on any necessary changes or variation to the T&Cs.

ASICS RACE BIBS REWARDS CATALOGUE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. This Campaign is organized by ASICS ASIA PTE. LTD. (“ASICS”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) applicable to all the participants (each a “participant” / “you”)
    2. The Campaign is valid from 13th April 2026 till 27th April 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

To participate in the Campaign, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements (“Requirements”): (a) be a registered and valid OneASICS™ Loyalty Program member; (b) successfully redeem points in exchange for discount off race bibs or complimentary race bibs. Redeemed OneASICS™ points are final, non‑refundable and cannot be reinstated once an entry has been submitted.
    4. The following points and membership tier are needed for the redemptions:
      1. Garmin Run Marathon Series 2026 Singapore: 150 points for $10 off for Premier Members
