Meet Griselda, Service User at Islington Mind:

During a difficult period in her life, Griselda struggled with addiction and felt the need to isolate herself. However, after joining our Get Active group, her perspective has shifted.

"I see life as a gift and I could feel that it was a good place."

Meet Heather, Service User at West Sussex Mind:

Heather's struggles with anxiety used to prevent her from leaving the house or meeting new people, but when she joined the Get Active group, things started to change.

"It clears my mind and gives me time to think and ground myself."

With your support, we have raised funds through various ASICS initiatives that have enabled the team at Mind to make a real difference in people’s lives. Our Get Active groups focus on communities most in need and help promote physical activity while creating supportive environments for individuals to engage in exercise. These groups also provide spaces for connection, growth, and mutual support in fitness and mental health. None of this would be possible without the passionate and dedicated team at Mind.

Moving minds and uplifting the world since 1949

From the beginning, our founder recognised that movement has the power to elevate spirits, inspire positivity, and drive progress. This belief remains at the heart of everything we do today.
