I'm a mental health practitioner from Sheffield, passionately talking about the positive impacts of movement and nature on mental health and psychological wellbeing. I love wild places that make me feel small and calm. You can also usually find me in my little camper van, with a camera in my hands or running, climbing and wild swimming. I'm constantly seeking the balance between living slowly and craving the next adventure.
