About me

Living in Dublin, born in France, I’ve grown up, studied and worked internationally.

I’m a husband and father of three very active daughters.
When I'm not working or spending time with my family, you'll find me hitting the pavement.

For as long as I can remember, I think I’ve run after everything: time, buses, planes, boats... but, running marathons wasn't something I thought I had in me until giving it a try.
18 marathons later, I’m gearing up for the Paris 2024 “Marathon for All” - a dream come true.

Running isn't just exercise for me; it's my way of finding balance amidst the stress of work and life. It helps me tackle anxiety and self-doubt head-on. It's where I find my energy, joy and confidence shaping me into a better version of myself.

Helping others believe in themselves through running is incredibly rewarding. I'm determined to continue giving purpose to running and to contribute within the community where everyone can find their stride.
