About me

In 2020, amidst COVID-19, I embarked on a transformative journey from a decade of unhealthy habits to discovering the life-changing power of sports. Running rejuvenated my physical and mental health, guiding me away from substance abuse and towards a purposeful life. For me running is not solely about improving my times or distances, but about how it makes me feel: empowered, energised, and endlessly optimistic.
I am currently preparing for the UTS 100M in May.
