Warranty Returns

This form is for ASICS online purchases only. If you have purchased from an ASICS store please contact the store directly. 

At ASICS we stand behind our products and are happy to assist you if you have any issues with the quality of our gear. 

We will comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in connection with all of our products at all times. 

Under the ACL for an Online Purchase: 

(a) if the ASICS product has a minor fault, we have the discretion to repair or replace the product or refund your payment; 

(b) if the ASICS product has a major fault, you have the discretion to request us to replace the product or refund your payment. 

(c) if you have changed your mind or simply ordered the wrong size and the product otherwise accords with your Order then we at ASICS have the discretion to decline your request.

ASICS will not accept the return of products that are damaged by normal wear and tear or damaged due to misuse, alteration to the product or by your negligence. ASICS limits its liability as set out in our Terms of Sale (Online). 

ASICS products are legitimately sold only by authorised sellers who are required to follow our policies and procedures.  We reserve the right to reject any claims for products purchased from unauthorised sellers, including unauthorised Internet sites.
