Returns

At ASICS, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product you have purchased from our online store. To assist you in the returns process, we have set out the ASICS Online Purchase Returns Policy and Returns Process below.

You can return your purchase for a refund under this Returns Policy if:

Returned within 45 or 60 Days

Returned within 45 or 60 Days

The products are returned within 45 days of delivery if you checked out as a guest.

The products are returned within 60 days of delivery if you checked out as a OneASICS Member.

Products are Unworn

The products are unworn and unused in original packaging, boxes and tags intact.

Return In-Store

Return In-Store

If returning in store, ensure you bring proof of purchase with you.

Please note:Ā 

  • We do not exchange products. To change a size or style, the original item must be returned; then a new item purchased.Ā 

  • All return requests must be approved by ASICS before they are returned.Ā 

  • Limited Releases:Ā If a product is an EQL LimitedĀ Release it cannotĀ beĀ returned or exchangedĀ unlessĀ faulty.

  • Final Sale: If a product is marked "Final Sale" it cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
